 Don't know really how to start with this one. But one of my pokemon is kind of going disco fever on me. I've been looking through the Pokédex and trying to see what I can find on this, kind of coming with nothing here.

Can anyone help me out here?

Then maybe she's trying to hold it back. When children need to use the bathroom and try to hold it, they always do "the potty dance." It sounds like something similar.
