[Can I hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden?] Unless specified no, If Tony doesn't want something known, it wont be known.
[Can I troll/mindscrew/mess with in general?] You are welcome to try.
[Can I spit at/jinx/step on/etc? (i.e. fighting)] Sure, but you'll only encourage him to reply in kind.
[Can I flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character?] Girls so very can. And a select few guys may have physical bonding moments.
[Anything else?] Just remember he's an ass who will pry into anything he can, hopefully without you knowing. Tony also has a dislike when people hand him things. So don't expect him to just accept anything handed to him. He'll just tell you to put it down or get someone else to take it.
